1、甲方保證對所提供的制作需求和文案及相關圖紙數據等內容不侵犯任何第三方利益。如因甲方原因而導致的侵犯其他任何第三方利益從而引起的一切責任或糾紛或被中國政府有關部門追究，均由甲方承擔所有責任，由此造成的全部損失由甲方自行承擔。
1. Party A shall guarantee that the production demands, copywriting and relevant drawing data provided will not infringe the interests of any third party. In the event of any liability or dispute or accountability by competent departments of China’s government arising from the infringement of the interests of any third party due to Party A’s reasons, Party A shall bear all liabilities and all losses caused thereby.
 
2、甲方收到乙方提供的創意制作方案，需在雙方約定的時間內確認。
2. Upon receipt of the creative production plan provided by Party B, Party A shall confirm it within the period agreed upon by both parties.
 
八、違約責任
VIII. Liability for Breach of Contract
 
1、 任何一方未依本合同的約定履行其合同義務的，即構成違約。
1. Failure of either party to perform its contractual obligations hereunder shall constitute a breach of contract.
 
2、 任何一方嚴重違反本合同任何條款的約定，除本合同另有約定外，違約方應賠償守約方因其違約行為而遭受的直接經濟損失。
2. If either party seriously violates any clause hereof, unless otherwise agreed upon herein, the breaching party shall compensate the non-breaching party for the direct economic losses caused by such violation.
 
3、 除本合同所明確載明之違約行為外，甲、乙雙方的任何一方違約行為致使不能實現合同目的的，守約方有權解除本合同，違約方應賠償守約方因其違約行為而遭受的直接經濟損失。
3. Except for the violations expressly contained herein, if the purpose of the Contract cannot be achieved due to the violation of either party, the non-breaching party shall have the right to terminate the Contract, and the breaching party shall compensate the non-breaching party for the direct economic losses caused by its violation.
